All the advertising campaigns are run by the advertising agency AREA23.

Usage conditions for advertisers


  1. No scam allowed.
  2. No promotion of Child Pornography websites or any related content to it is allowed.
  3. Banners must not contain any graphical or textual references to: child pornography, paedophilia, underage under 18 y.o. people, drugs, hitman services, firearms, human trafficking, slavery or any ilicit activity.
  4. It is recommended to use external and well known escrow services to sell your products or services.
  5. Before starting a campaign is required that advertisers must give a plausible proof of their activity: tagged and timestamped photographs of their products, tagged and timestamped screen photos, customer's feedback with photographs, etc.
  6. If scam is reported to AREA23 or TorBox, the supposed scamming advertiser will be contacted. If no response is given, the campaign will be disabled preventively while AREA23 or TorBox wait for an answer.
  7. If scam is proved, the scamming advertising will be retired and the advertiser won't be able to make business again in AREA23 and TorBox. No refunds to the advertiser will be made.
  8. AREA23 and TorBox do not have any responsibility if a scam takes place and do not refund scammed buyers.
  9. AREA23 and TorBox do not mediate any transaction between advertisers and their clients.
  10. Advertisers must not discredit each other on their ads and respective websites during their campaigns.
  11. Banners that are going to be placed, must not have a similar design from the ones that are already published by other advertisers. Copying banners, names and slogans is not permitted.
  12. AREA23 or TorBox will remove the advertisings which do not follow one or more of the above conditions. The advertiser will not receive a refund, in that case.

    1. AREA23 and TorBox recommend using external and well known escrow services to buy from advertisers.
    2. AREA23 and TorBox do not have any responsibility if a scam takes place and do not refund scammed buyers.
    3. AREA23 and TorBox do not mediate any transaction between advertisers and their customers.
